Phillip Carter, Texas Cash Cow Investments

Phillip Carter is President of Texas Cash Cow Investments Inc. a highly successful investment company which buys and sells real estate.  Phillip also owns Carter Contractors a respected construction company which was formed 8 years ago and specializes in Commercial and Residential construction.  Phillip has been in and around the construction and real estate industry for over 12 years.  Beginning with Texas Instruments Engineering on the Worldwide Construction Team he formed a vast knowledge of the Commercial Construction Industry.  After opening his own construction company Phillip began building custom homes in and around the Dallas area.  As the markets diversified Phillip expanded his companies to include Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, Property Management and Investment Companies.  These companies have grown to purchase, construct, sell and manage over 300 properties per year and are still growing! 

 
Jim Bailey, Texas Cash Cow Investments
Jim Bailey is Vice President and co-founder of Texas Cash Cow Investments.  Previously, Jim worked in the mortgage lending industry with Centex Home Equity, a well known fortune 500 company.  As a Branch Manager, he consistently led the region in sales and volume production, winning many outstanding achievement awards.  Jim left Centex Home Equity bringing capital opportunities to Phillip’s dream of a turn key investment business model.  Jim also brings an extensive knowledge of local markets and the mortgage lending industry, along with excellent customer service skills and a noted reputation for his honesty and integrity.  In addition, Jim has helped Texas Cash Cow flourish in its ability to make successful real estate investing a reality for many individuals and families.  Jim attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Business. Jim is most proud of the performance of the 50+ properties in which he, Phillip and their families acquired from Texas Cash Cow, which were purchased, financed, insured, and managed identical to the properties they sell their customers - ringing true the statement that they put their money were their mouth is.  
 
Jarrett Glass, 925 Properties
As President of 925 Properties LLC, Jarrett Glass provides investment property owners consulting and professional real estate management services, including marketing, leasing, tenant management, owner payments, maintenance, contract administration and accounting. In 2007, Jarrett founded 925 Properties to provide residential developers with real estate management services to ensure properties operate smoothly, increase the properties desirability, and enhance its investment value. Jarrett’s expertise in the retail and real estate industries allows him to utilize the most up-to-date technologies, online channels, and community know-how’s to market his clients investment properties. Glass earned a Bachelor of Science, Liberal Arts, degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) professional organization, as well as an active member First United Methodist church of Dallas.
 
Jeff Baird, Allstate Insurance

Jeff Baird brings 11 years of Insurance experience to the Texas Cash Cow Investments team, which includes owning one of the largest and most successful insurance agencies in North Texas and experience in managing over 50 agencies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metro-Plex.  Jeff was recognized as the top sales manager in Texas and one the top 10 in United States in 2004. The Baird Insurance Agency prides itself in customer service and offering their clients annual policy reviews to review the assets and needs for their customers to make sure that the insurance coverage expands to meet the growing needs of today’s families and real estate investors.  Jeff is licensed to offer Property and Casualty, as well as Life insurance in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.

 

 
Steve Dennis, Texas Cash Cow Investments

Steve Dennis is the Director of Marketing and Customer Relations here at Texas Cash Cow Investments. With over 25 years of business experience and working as a Senior Manager and Director for a Fortune 100 company, Steve’s previous customer relations, business management, and marketing expertise is a natural fit for the Texas Cash Cow vision and long term growth and customer service strategies. Additionally, having worked with business colleagues and clients in North America, Asia and Europe has provided him considerable opportunities supporting customer expectations and communications both nationally and internationally. Steve is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University where he earned a BA in Human Resources and also attended Minders School of Business at Oklahoma City University for MBA studies. Steve has been married for 28 years and has a nineteen year old son in college.
