| At Texas Cash Cow, we believe in balancing profit with security for our investors. The lender offers traditional 30 year fixed loans with interest rates at historic lows. Once you lock in your low interest rate mortgage, you rate during the life of the loan will never change, adjust of balloon providing stability and predictability in the investment. |
